<p>The actuator has an actuator shaft, which acts on an end of a valve spindle (12) of a gas exchange valve for actuating the gas exchange valve. A coupling body (16) is arranged at an abutting joint between the actuator shaft and the valve spindle. The actuator shaft is held in the coupling body by a bolt (28), whose longitudinal axis is aligned in a direction perpendicular to a longitudinal axis (30) of the actuator shaft.</p>
