摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new, low-cost thermoelectric conversion material and a new low-cost thermoelectric conversion film that can be used stably even at a wide operating temperature region and have a small environmental load. <P>SOLUTION: The thermoelectric conversion material or the thermoelectric conversion film contains a first constituent containing at least one type selected from a semiconductor material in a specific composition or an oxide-based material in a separate, specific composition; and a second constituent containing at least one type selected from an oxide-based material in another specific composition. Preferably, the second constituent is contained in a range of 0.1-0.5 wt.%. By equipping with the thermoelectric conversion material or the thermoelectric conversion film having a wide operating temperature region, a thermoelectric conversion module having a wide operating temperature region can be created. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
