<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition which is used for a medical article such as an artificial blood vessel, a patch for repairing a cardiovascular, which never depends on human/animal-originated raw material to be safety, which is antithrombogenic, where leakage of blood is avoided both during and after a surgery, and which is decomposed gradually to be discharged from the kidneys without causing abnormality in the internal organs after a neoblastic is grown to the degree of avoiding leakage from the whole blood vessel when one month or longer than this passes after the surgery, and to provide material for transplantation using the composition and an article for transplantation. <P>SOLUTION: The gel composition is obtained by amidating free amino residue which is not connected with gelatinization in hydrogel obtained by reaction of chain polysaccharide derivative which is obtained by introducing a succinimide residue into a side chain, and polyamine or its derivative. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
