<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a customer reception processing system for enabling a customer to select preferential reception in window procedures and charging the customer a service fee corresponding to the presence/absence of preferential reception and procedure waiting time. <P>SOLUTION: The customer reception processing system is equipped with: a reception terminal for issuing a reception slip displaying a reception number; a reception number notifying part for notifying the reception number; a window terminal for executing procedure processing; a reception information generating part provided in the reception terminal and outputting preferential reception information including the reception number when preferential processing is selected and outputting non-preferential reception information including the reception number when non-preferential processing is selected; a reception information storing part for storing the preferential reception information and the non-preferential reception information; a preferentially processing part for selecting the preferential reception information of the reception information storing part more preferentially than the non-preferential reception information and outputting the reception number of the preferential reception information to the reception number notifying part; and a service fee calculating part for adding a basic service fee in the preferential procedure processing and performing subtraction processing corresponding to waiting time with respect to the basic service fee in the non-preferential procedure processing. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
