<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology providing information for allowing a user to more comfortably use traffic facilities. <P>SOLUTION: When the user planning to board a passenger airplane operates an information guiding device to instruct reservation of a shop, the information guiding device transmits the name of the user, the number of passengers, boarding flight information (a flight name, a boarding time, and a boarding gate) to a POS terminal device for making a reservation. The POS terminal device registers the received information as POS data (a step SC1). In settlement, the boarding flight information is transmitted to a flight/passenger information management device to acquire and display flight information about the passenger airplane to board. In this process, if at least one of the boarding time and the boarding gate registered in reservation is different from that in the acquired flight information, a message notifying the fact is displayed additionally (a step SC2).
