<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an auxiliary apparatus for cutting in a band saw so as to easily carry out a straight cutting objected by correcting so called a blade drift. <P>SOLUTION: The auxiliary apparatus for cutting is provided in the band saw which is provided with an operating board holding member 21 for holding an operating board 15 provided with a cutting edge plate 16 for passing a flexible steel band 14 through on a board face 18 rotatably on the level around the flexible steel band 14, a laser projector 40 for projecting a laser ray installed on the main body side of the band saw so as to cover a cutting line slipped, when a work is linearly cut by the flexible steel band 14 on the operating board, if in a case of the cutting line being slipped out from the straight line, a fixing member for the operating board for fixing the operating board 15 to an acceptor 24 of the band saw main body where the line of the laser ray projected from the laser projector 40 is matched with a mark on the operating board. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
