PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an alumina sintered body wherein a production rate of cracks produced to an alumina base 1 between a first principal side SF<SB>1</SB>and an embedded electrode 2 is decreased. SOLUTION: The alumina sintered body is provided with: the alumina base 1 with first and second principal sides opposed to each other; the film shaped embedded electrode 2 embedded in the alumina base 1 at a depth H<SB>D</SB>deep by 0.4 mm or below from the first principal side SF<SB>1</SB>; and an embedded terminal 3 embedded in the alumina base 1 at a side of a second principal side SF<SB>2</SB>closer from the embedded electrode 2. The embedded terminal 3 is in contact with the embedded electrode 2 and a film thickness H<SB>E</SB>of the embedded electrode 2 is≤25μm. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
