PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new method for screening a microorganism, which easily and efficiently acquires an objective microorganism. SOLUTION: The method for screening a microorganism so as to acquire an objective microorganism comprises at least carrying out a first step P1 for feeding an artificial feed containing a fixed component to organisms, a second step P2 for acquiring only living organisms, a third step P3 for extracting the intestines of the living organisms and preparing an intestine suspension, a fourth stage P4 for inoculating the intestine suspension to a medium containing the fixed component as a nutrient and a fifth step P5 for evaluating the biodegradation ability of the fixed component of the microorganism.
