PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To announce a warning to a user, when an exit of a parking area exists on a road in an advancing-directional front side of a moving object. SOLUTION: This annunciator 100 acquires moving situation information for indicating a moving situation of the moving object, by an acquisition part 101. A determining part 102 determines the presence of the exit of the parking area on the road in the advancing-directional front side of the moving object, based on the moving situation information and map information. An announcing part 103 announces the warning to the user, based on a determined result by the determining part 102 and an outgoing method from the exit of the parking area.
