PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate waiting time at a junction point for users, using different moving means. SOLUTION: A current position of a moving body is detected by a detecting part 103, when the junction point of the moving body with another moving body, using a moving means different from that of the moving body, is set by a setting part 102, and a start point of the another moving body is input by an input part 104. Then, a route up to the junction point is searched by moving means by means of a search part 105, in response to the current position of the moving body and the start point of the another moving body. A calculation part 107 calculates the required moving time in each searched route by each moving means. Then, a converging time when the moving body converges with another moving body at the junction point is determined by a determination part 108, based on the respective required calculated moving times.
