<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building dust collecting method and dust collecting equipment in throwing in raw material in a melting furnace factory, efficiently collecting dust in exhaust emission. <P>SOLUTION: A melting furnace factory building 13 is so constructed that scrap or raw material carried by a ceiling traveling crane 5 is thrown into a melting furnace 1 from a chute 2 (or a pan). In the building, exhaust emission mixed with dust generated from the interior of the melting furnace in throwing in scrap or raw material from the chute (or the pan) and leaking into a building 15 from a smoke-proof door is sucked by a building dust collecting hood 3 disposed right above the chute (or the pa) and above the front of the smoke-proof door 12 and a dust collecting port 4 provided in the roof surface of the building. The building dust collecting hood is provided right above the chute (or the pan) attached to the ceiling traveling type crane and above the front of the smoke-proof door, and the dust collecting port is provided in the roof surface of the building on the vertical upside of the building dust collecting hood, so that the exhaust emission is sucked by the building dust collecting hood and the dust collecting port provided in the roof surface of the building. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
