PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To photo an object automatically with suitable layout without using a wireless tag. SOLUTION: The automatic photography system comprising a means for inputting an image including an object photoed with a camera, a means for storing the image, a means for detecting the object included in the image, and a camera control means for controlling zoom operation and angle operation of the camera according to computed amount of zoom and amount of angle is further provided with a layout regulation means for detecting one or more similar objects from the image based on the representative features of object stored, and computing the amount of zoom and the amount of angle such that the entirety of a detected object is arranged suitably on the screen.
