PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology of decreasing binding hours of apparatuses by a relaying apparatus and improving the security in secure data transfer between the apparatuses via the relaying apparatus. SOLUTION: In a method of transferring data from a first apparatus to a second apparatus via a third apparatus, the third apparatus stores data of the first apparatus to a storage device and informs the first apparatus about access information for accessing the data. The first apparatus uses authentication information required for the connection to the second apparatus and establishes first encryption communication with the second apparatus via the third apparatus. Then the first apparatus transmits a data acquisition instruction generated on the basis of the access information to the second apparatus by means of the first encryption communication. Then the second apparatus establishes second encryption communication with the third apparatus and executes the data acquisition instruction to acquire the data from the third apparatus.
