SOLUTION: When the amount of run-out and the wall thickness of a tubular material 1 is to be computed by a parallel two-beam measuring system, a rotation control part 24 rotates a line source container 11, in such a way that a linear radiation beam BL, emerging from a linear radiation source 12, diagonally crosses the tubular material 1. When the wall thickness of the tubular material 1 is to be computed by a cross-sectional average measuring system, the rotation control part 24 rotates the line source container 11, in such a way that the linear radiation beam BL emerging from the linear radiation source 12 vertically crosses the tubular material 1.
