PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for collecting performance information on a computer executing an application by focusing on an application executed by the computer. SOLUTION: A collection policy comprising a collection policy group 14 is prepared for each application composing an application group 15. In the collection policy, one or more conditional expressions defining timing for collecting performance information are described. Application performance collection programs 12a, 12b refer to the collection policy group 14 to collect performance information according to a collection policy corresponding to an application being executed. A server performance collection program 11 collects performance information with predetermined fixed timing (time interval).
