PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drink dispenser which can simultaneously deliver an alcoholic ingredient for an alcoholic drink, a liquid ingredient as alcoholic dilution water, and dilution water, such as cooling water and carbonated water, into a cup, and also can change the concentration of the alcoholic drink. SOLUTION: The drink dispenser 1 simultaneously delivers the alcoholic ingredient and the dilution water at a given flow rate ratio into a cup, where the alcoholic ingredient and the dilution water are blended together to be served. The drink dispenser 1 has a controller 90 controlling delivery of the alcoholic ingredient and the dilution water, and the controller 90 adjusts the alcohol concentration of a drink by changing the ratio of a delivery time of the alcoholic ingredient to a delivery time of the dilution water.
