PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a direct acting actuator decreasing the size/weight, and making operation smooth. SOLUTION: A radial supporting mechanism 38 is composed of a guide plate 61 held by a housing 21 at upper and lower ends, a slider 62 guided to an inner surface of the guide plate and vertically sliding, a pair of upper and lower washers 63 fixed on the slider 62, and a pair of upper and lower adjusting blocks 64, 65 interposed between the guide plate 61 and the housing 21. The radial supporting mechanism 38 is installed at a position whose angle phase is 180°different from an engaging part between a second driven gear 42 and a second drive gear 44 so as to energize a second rotor 25 to an axis side, and the slider 62 vertically moves with the vertical movement of the second rotor 25.
