PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solution film forming method preventing the oxidation and corrosion of a slide part and enhancing production quality. SOLUTION: A polymer is dissolved in a solvent containing dichloromethane to prepare a raw material dope 30. A pump 68 feeds the raw material dope 30 to an in-line mixer 50. The pump 68 is equipped with a case, a gear and a slide part such as a shaft or the like. The in-line mixer 50 is equipped with a case and a slide part such as an element or the like and these slide parts are formed of stainless steel of SUS836L. The slide parts have high corrosion resistance and abrasion resistance. Hydrochloric acid and chlorine ions are formed in the raw material dope 30 containing dichloromethane. The oxidation and corrosion due to hydrochloric acid and chlorine ions of the slide parts are suppressed and the lowering of corrosion resistance due to abrasion of the slide parts is suppressed.
