PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a health instrument for a preventive measure for dementia by using a passometer (R). SOLUTION: A storing hole (2) is provided in a handle part (1) of a cylindrical writing utensil. In addition, a liquid crystal panel hole (3) is set on the outside of the handle part (1), and the passometer (R) (6) is stored in the storing hole (2) so that the vibration detecting direction of a vibration detecting device (4) coincides with the shaft direction (5) of the cylindrical writing utensil.
