MANUFACTURING DEVICE OF LIQUID JET HEAD AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREFOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for manufacturing a liquid jet head which enables it to establish quickly and accurately the drive voltage of the driving pulse of the liquid jet head based on a liquid flow rate. SOLUTION: A main control section 37 performs a discharge movement for making multiple ink droplets discharged from a nozzle opening by continuously feeding the measuring drive pulse to a piezoelectric transducer of a recording head 1 for every measuring drive pulse. A flow sensor 32 detects an ink flow rate which flows in an ink feeding passage of an ink feeding tube 31 at the time of the liquid droplet discharging movement. The main control section 37 determines a proper drive voltage of the drive pulse by making an operation according to the correlation between the flow rate detected by the flow sensor and the drive voltage of the measuring drive pulse.
