PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fire extinguishing system ideal for warehouses for rubber products and resin products. SOLUTION: The system comprises a plurality of large-flowrate sprinkler heads 12 (114 L/min or more) arranged on the ceiling side of the warehouse for storing tires, a mixer 9 which mixes a foam fire extinguishing agent with fire extinguishing water to produce a foam solution and a fire detector 3 for detecting the outbreak of fires.
