A firing equipment for manufacturing ionized calcium products from shells is provided to produce continuously high-pure ionized calcium products even without adding any activated carbon or chemicals and prevent a worker from being exposed to safety accidents such as opening and closing of a firing furnace. A firing equipment for manufacturing ionized calcium products from shells includes: a cover-shape upper firing furnace(100) which has a heat-resistant material(110) in the inner surface, a heating unit(120) at one side, and a communication part(130) communicating with a dust collector(10) on the upside; a lower firing furnace(200) which is installed at the lower part of the upper firing furnace(100), wherein the inner surface is formed of a heat-resistant material(210) and has many receiving parts(220) for shells, and the backside has a horizontally movable locomotion unit(230) such that one selected receiving part(220) moves up and down and is united with the upper firing furnace(100) to form a firing room; a supply conveyor part(300) for feeding shells to the receiving parts(220) of the lower firing furnace(200); a transfer screw(400) which is installed to come in contact with one side of the lower firing furnace(200) and discharges fired shells from the receiving part(220) of the lower firing furnace(200); and a control part(500) which controls the heating unit(120) of the upper firing furnace(100), a horizontal movement of the lower firing furnace(200), and movements of the supply conveyor part(300) and transfer screw(400). The firing equipment performs continuous firing by uniting one selected from many receiving parts(220) including shells with the upper firing furnace(100) to form a firing room, and then transferring another receiving part(220) to form a firing room immediately after one firing step. |
