<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably perform peak detection without following steep variation of noise or the like. <P>SOLUTION: The peak detection circuit comprises a first transistor, connected between a power supply potential and an output terminal, an amplifier for driving the first transistor, based on the difference between an input signal and an output signal, a second transistor connected to the first transistor, a third transistor current-mirror-connected to the second transistor, and a current source for setting a current value flowing in the third transistor. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
