<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate decision making of a quality designer when manufacturing conditions as to optimize a plurality of target functions (for example, costs and risks) in quality design are determined. <P>SOLUTION: An apparatus for aiding designing for optimum quality is provided, having a quality data base 30 which stores values of each manufacturing condition by which manufacturing is performed in the past and a quality characteristic value at the time, a cost data base 32 which stores costs per unit amount of each manufacturing condition, an input means for the designer to optionally select the manufacturing conditions from among a plurality of manufacturing conditions and inputting the value, a manufacturing condition calculation means 412 for calculating manufacturing conditions except the selected manufacturing conditions so as to satisfy the required quality characteristic value, an influence coefficient calculation means 414 for calculating a local influence coefficient near the manufacturing condition from the quality data base 30 when a manufacturing condition value is given, an aid screen creation means 416 for creating a picture for supporting the decision making of the designer from the manufacturing condition calculation means 412 and the influence coefficient calculation means 414. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
