<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic fusion body capable of being subjected to deep secondary process, having less effect on external appearance due to a change of a secondary process layer during ultrasonic fusion, and capable of being subjected to ultrasonic fusion even between plastic molded bodies that are different materials. <P>SOLUTION: The ultrasonic fusion body is provided by forming a secondary process layer 111 containing an isocya-urethane resin as a main component on the rear surface of a translucent plate-shape plastic molded body 110, forming an adhesive layer 112 containing an acrylic-polycarbonate resin as a main component on the rear surface of the secondary process layer and fusing another plastic molded body 120 provided with an energy director 121 on the fused surface on the rear surface of the adhesive layer by an ultrasonic fusion method. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
