<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular security device and a vehicular security system capable of preventing disturbing a stream of traffic. <P>SOLUTION: The vehicular security deice 10 comprises an immobilizer ECU 11, a remote security ECU 12, and a communication ECU 13. The immobilizer ECU 11 controls drive prohibition and drive permission of an engine 30 on the basis of a recognition signal transmitted from a key 40, and controls drive prohibition and drive permission of the engine 30 on the basis of a remote set signal/remote unset signal transmitted from a base station 50. When the remote set signal is transmitted from the base station 50, under an execution condition that operation finishing of a vehicle is fixed, a remote immobilizer function prohibiting the drive permission of the engine 30 on the basis of the recognition signal transmitted from the key 40 is set until the remote unset signal is transmitted. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
