<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wooden vessel obtained by shaping a wooden sheet formed of thin wooden pieces, and its manufacturing method. <P>SOLUTION: The wooden vessel (1) constituting a bottom wall (2) and a circumferential wall (3) is formed by shaping a composite sheet (6) made by overlapping and bonding a pair of two as a set sheets i.e. an unqualified sheet (6a) having a damaged portion (7) and a qualified sheet (6b) having no damaged portion to each other to integrate them. The inner walls of the vessel (1) constituting the bottom wall (2) and the circumferential wall (3) are constructed by the qualified sheet (6b), and their outer walls are constructed by the unqualified sheet (6a).
