<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a load controlling method, a load controlling system and a load controlling program for an exchange to conduct an optimum load control not only in the case that a traffic carrying capacity is more than an anticipated value but also in the case that it is less than the anticipated value and to correspond to a burst-like traffic increase, too. <P>SOLUTION: A traffic collecting portion 11 collects the traffic added to the exchange, for example, each 5 minutes. A traffic model preparing portion 13 considers each element of a year, a month, and a date or the like for a traffic information stored in a storage portion 12 for one to three years to show, and prepares in advance and holds the traffic model which has modeled the traffic carrying capacity added to the exchange. A regulation invocation judging portion 14 judges whether the traffic carrying capacity added to the exchange at present is in an allowable range shown by the traffic model or not. If it is not in the allowable range, the judging portion 14 judges that an abnormal traffic is generated to the exchange and sends origination restraint and an alarm invocation to a maintenance person. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
