<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely invalidate a used IC tag in order to prevent the IC tag from being illicitly used. <P>SOLUTION: This non-contact IC tag has: (a) an IC inlet including an antenna circuit including a base material, a flat coil circuit part formed on the base material, at least a pair of opposite electrodes connected to the flat coil circuit part, respectively, and an IC chip connected and mounted on the opposite electrodes; (b) a first adhesion part formed by covering either of front and rear surfaces of the base; (c) a closed notched dashed line formed around the IC chip by penetrating the base and the surface circuit; (d) a second adhesion part formed on the opposite surface of the forming surface of the first adhesion part of the base except an area including the closed notched dashed line; and (e) a surface protection layer covering the second adhesion part and the area including the closed notched dashed line to be adhered to the second adhesion part.
