PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology capable of decreasing a malfunction that service is provided to undesired communication apparatuses, and providing the service to a desired communication apparatus without the need for a user to perform operations repeatedly. SOLUTION: This communication apparatus stores the identification information of an apparatus when the communication apparatus rejects parameter setting to the apparatus requesting the communication apparatus to execute parameter setting, and informs other apparatuses about the starting of the parameter the setting again. Thus, the setting of the parameters to undesired communication apparatuses can be prevented and the communication apparatus can set the parameters to a desired apparatus without the need for the user to perform operations repeatedly.
