PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a clamp ring excellent in shape accuracy and form freezing by a simplified manufacturing method. SOLUTION: By using complex phase organization stainless steel containing a mixture of soft ferrite and hard martensite as a material, an opening 21 fitted into a spindle hub is formed in the center of a ring main body 20, and a press rib 22 is formed in the circumferential direction of a peripheral edge. The complex phase organization stainless steel is a material balanced between processing characteristics and strength, and has excellent spring characteristics excellent in low temperature ageing after formation.
