PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily comprehend contents of music data recorded in a recording medium without any user's complicated operation. SOLUTION: In recording the music data to a flash memory part 6, a main CPU 2 of a recorder reproducer 1 generates information about a recorded party of the music data on the basis of music related text data to be text information related to the music data recorded in a CD-DA 30 and controls the flash memory part 6 to record the music data.
