PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve status analogy following actual circumstances by dynamically changing an abstract status calculation method. SOLUTION: When receiving an abstract status monitor request, an abstract status generation part 10 extracts elements configuring an abstract status from the request, and selects a rule to calculate an abstract status from the presence of the elements, and generates a presence service client 20 having a watcher for observing the elements through a presence service part 40 and presentity for issuing the presence of an abstract status to a presence service, and changes a rule to calculate an abstract status according to the presence.
