PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain a battery charger capable of charging easily with no risk of the exhaustion of a battery under any environments. SOLUTION: There is provided a portable telephone connector 1 that directly connects the shaft of the rotary shaft of a power generation unit 2 comprising a coil and a strong magnet to that of the rotary shaft of a spring unit 3 having a rotary handle 5, and feeds power obtained from the power generation unit 2 to a portable telephone.
