PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor integrated circuit device which can be used generally to constitute a charge pump circuit of different step-up magnification, too. SOLUTION: This semiconductor integrated circuit device has a step-up magnification switching terminal Tex, in addition to an input Ti terminal, an output terminal To, a ground terminal Tg, external terminals T1-T8 for capacitor connection, and switches S1-S8; and each of the switches S1-S8 is equipped with a common end to be connected with the external terminals T1-T8 and two selective ends to be selectively connected to the common end; and any one of two or more selective ends is connected internally to the step-up magnification switching end Tex, and each of other selective ends is connected internally to the input terminal Ti, the output terminal To, the ground terminal Tg, and any one of the selective ends, other than itself.
