PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that circuit characteristics cannot be quickly and exactly simulated about an optional circuit. SOLUTION: In calculating the circuit characteristics between power terminal wiring and ground terminal wiring to which power terminals of mounting components and each of the ground terminals are connected, the power terminal wiring and the ground terminal wiring are extracted from wirings formed on a printed circuit board, wiring into which electric fields from the power terminal wiring are concentrated most is extracted as reference power wiring and wiring into which electric fields from the ground terminal wiring are concentrated most is extracted as reference ground wiring from among the power wiring and the ground wiring formed on the printed circuit board, passage characteristics in a circuit between the power terminal and the ground terminal is acquired and the circuit characteristics between the power terminal and the ground terminal are calculated based on the acquired passage characteristics.
