PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sensor data related information transmitter/receiver capable of notifying information related to requested sensor data in short time. SOLUTION: According to the present invention, the information related to the sensor data requested from a client is added to an XML document in which retrieval conditions from the client are described (S7) and returns the XML document to which the postscript is added (S8).
