PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a garbage collection vehicle, an operation management system for the garbage collection vehicle, a center device and an operation management method for the garbage collection vehicle, capable of achieving recording of an accurate collection history and prevention of an illegal act by automating various kinds of work after garbage collection in the garbage collection vehicle traveling on a route through a plurality of garbage dumps to collect garbage. SOLUTION: An onboard device 11 extracts a prescribed number of garbage dumps 20 each having an approximate distance from one's own vehicle on the basis of a whole list recorded in a nonvolatile memory 14 and position measurement data of latitude or longitude of the own vehicle position-measured by a vehicle position measuring means 12 when a vehicle stops, sorts the garbage dumps 20 in order of the approximate distance from the own vehicle, and displays them on a display means 17a.
