PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated film having a transparent electrode layer which has sufficient wear resistance so as not to be broken during electrode wiping-off work even if the conventional method of forming a conductive protective layer on the transparent electrode layer using a conductive paste is not employed, and to provide an information display member having an image display layer and a cover film laminated on the laminated film. SOLUTION: The laminated film has an SiO<SB>x</SB>film formed as an underlayer on a transparent base material film and has the transparent electrode layer having conductive oxide layers and metallic layers repeatedly laminated on the underlayer is used, and at least the image display layer and the cover film are laminated on the laminated film in this order.
