PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polarizing plate for a lens which has a protective layer, comprising a polarizing thin film and a polycarbonate-based resin sheet, laminated in one body and is used for sunglasses etc., by being processed in a lens shape, the polarizing plate for lens being characterized in having superior shock resistance and heat resistance, being improved in water resistance and moisture resistance to have no peeling between the polarizing thin film and protective film, and also having ultraviolet-ray shielding performance. SOLUTION: The polarizing plate for the lens has the polycarbonate-based resin sheet laminated on at least one surface of the polarizing thin film in one body across a one-component moisture setting type polyurethane-based adhesive, which contains a triisocyanate-based hardener and an ultraviolet absorption agent having two or more hydroxyl groups in a molecule.
