PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an analytical method for an accident a wrong due to accident in a fuel assembly due to arrangement, capable of analyzing, using few analysis objects. SOLUTION: A erroneous arrangement of the single fuel assembly is calculated in step 11, a fuel consumption over all the cores is calculated corresponding to individual situations, in step 12, a matrix of limit power ratios is detected in the two individual erroneous arrangements corresponding to combinations of the erroneous arrangements, in step 13, two set of the CPR matrixes are superposed to obtain the CPR matrixes of the combinations with the one wrong arrangement, the maximum variation of the limit power ratio is found, based on the CPR matrixes in the respective combinations of the erroneous arrangements, in step 14, the combinations of the wrong arrangements with numerical values, up to the 10th, sequentially starting from the maximum are selected based on a MaxDCPR, in step 15, the fuel consumption for the cores as a whole is recalculated to detect the maximum MaxDCPR value, based on the ten of combinations, and the final analysis result is obtained.
