THERMOPLASTIC ELASTOMER COMPOSITION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a silicone rubber-based thermoplastic elastomer composition excellent in hygienic property, rubber elasticity and flexibility. SOLUTION: The thermoplastic elastomer composition comprises (A) an isobutylene-based block copolymer composed of aromatic vinyl compound-based polymer blocks(a) and isobutylene-based polymer blocks(b) and (B) a polyorganosiloxane rubber in the weight ratio A/B of (10:90) to (95:5). This composition is obtained by dynamically crosslinking the polyorganosiloxane rubber B in making a melt kneading of the isobutylene-based block copolymer A and the polyorganosiloxane rubber B.
