PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigerating cycle device capable of performing PID control of an electronic expansion valve with an optimum coefficient. SOLUTION: This refrigerating cycle device has a refrigerating cycle constituted by successively connecting a compressor 2, a condenser 3, the electronic expansion valve 4, an evaporator 6 and the like by piping, and a control device 7 disposed to control a degree of superheat in the evaporator 6 to a target value by adjusting a valve opening of the electronic expansion valve 4 by PID control. The control device 7 executes operations for deciding a proportionality coefficient, a differential coefficient and an integral coefficient in the PID control on the basis of the change of the degree of super heat, when the electronic expansion valve 4 is once fully opened from a fully close state.
