PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem in a conventional structure in demounting an air conditioner from an installment panel opening portion, that engagement amount of a locking claw ordinarily engaged is defined in the assembling direction of an insertion piece under a phenomenon that a finisher is demounted in the direction drawing a rotating locus passing through an engagement point, on a joining portion with an air conditioning case as a support, and the engagement amount becomes less than a designed value, thus the finisher is easily dropped out depending on the demounting direction of the finisher. SOLUTION: This connecting structure of two members is provided with an annular first member 13 constituted by forming the insertion piece 14 extending from a base portion and the locking claw 16 projecting from the insertion piece 14 in opposition to each other, an annular second member 11 constituted by forming a locking hole 15 extending from the base portion and a locked portion formed on the locking hole 15 in opposition to each other, and a holding projection piece 17 holding the locking claw 16 of the first member.
