PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flow regulator of extremely simple structure facilitating miniaturization and integration, having high durability, performing stable and sure open and close operation without damaging a valve even if viscosity of liquid is high under high pressure or pressure difference between a valve inlet and a valve outlet is large, and being capable opening and closing a channel and regulating flow. SOLUTION: Since flow rate of non-magnetic fluid flowing in the channels A, B when a minute ball 2 moves to a first position is smaller than flow rate of the non-magnetic fluid flowing in the channels A, B when the minute ball 2 moves to a second position, the flow regulator of extremely simple structure facilitating miniaturization and integration, having high durability, performing stable and sure open and close operation without damaging a valve even if viscosity of liquid is high under high pressure or pressure difference between an inlet and an outlet of the minute ball 2 is large, and being capable of opening and closing the channel and regulating flow.
