An inserting apparatus for easily adjusting concentricity and straightness controlling an eccentric amount is provided to facilitate an assembly process controlling positions of a cylinder and a shaft with respect to a central wire in coupling of a cylinder and a shaft having a length longer than a width. A cylinder(2) and a shaft(3) are received on a cylinder saddle(4) and a shaft saddle(5) received on a bed(1). Stationary blocks(6) are formed at both sides of the saddles, respectively. A central wire(8) is formed between the stationary blocks and forms a centroid. A plurality of guide wires(9) is separated from the central wire by a predetermined distance. A height control member(21) and a side control member(22) are formed on the cylinder saddle and the shaft saddle. A pusher(7) is formed at the rear of the shaft to push the shaft. A guide rail(23) is formed on the bed to guide the movement of the pusher. A cap(30) is inserted into the cylinder and the shaft to check an eccentric amount.
