An apparatus for sprinkling water without electric power is provided to perform excellent stirring performance without using a separate power, by sprinkling raw water to the surface of water within a reactor through centrifugal force using hydraulic pressure of the raw water inputted into the reactor. A rotating drum(110) consists of a cylinder main body(111), and a plurality of rotating wings(112) formed on an inner circumferential surface of the main body in a radial type. A central shaft(120) is vertically installed in the center of the rotating drum, wherein the central shaft supports such that the rotating drum is rotated. A raw water input pipe(130) is installed above the rotating drum so that raw water having a predetermined level of hydraulic pressure is inputted with respect to the entire portions of the rotating wings. A fixing bar(140) holds an upper end of the central shaft so that the rotating drum is installed on the surface of water within a reactor. A plurality of holes(150) are formed in a bottom surface and a lateral surface of the rotating drum so that the raw water within the rotating drum is sprinkled to the surface of water within the reactor through centrifugal force. |
