<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a container bag for containing a powdered material equipped with the maximum carrying amount of a load and stability in space limited by maintaining a stable perpendicular form by preventing belly blister phenomenon generated when filled up with contents. <P>SOLUTION: The container bag for containing the powdered material includes: a side-wall section filled up with the contents of the powdered matter classification into the internal; a bottom section which comprises a square shape on the whole by being connected with the lower edge of this side-wall section; a lid section formed by connecting with the upper edge of the above side-wall section; and a ring section formed by connecting with the upper edge of the above side-wall section. The lid section, the side-wall section, and the bottom section consist of a flexible quality material.
