<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photosensitive resin laminate from which a black matrix having excellent ink repelling property on the upper face and excellent wettability with ink on the side face can be formed, and to provide a method for manufacturing a resin black matrix using the laminate. <P>SOLUTION: The photosensitive resin laminate comprises an organic polymer film and a photosensitive resin layer containing an alkali-soluble polymer, a photopolymerizable compound having an ethylenic double bond, a photopolymerization initiator and a black pigment layered on the polymer film, wherein the laminate includes a release agent layer on the interface between the organic polymer film and the photosensitive resin layer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
