PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a user to easily confirm data saved even in an environment where document data is distributed and saved at a plurality of devices.

SOLUTION: The image forming device 1 is provided with: a box management part 101 which manages a box for storing document data DT; a document list request reception part 122 for receiving the request of list of document data; a document list collection part 123 for collecting the list of document data stored in the box and the document data stored in the other image forming device 1 based on the request; and a document list transmission part 124 for transmitting the collected list to a user who made the request.
